Being a Police Officer, I am skeptical about everything and everyone. I was instantly able to trust Rowan and felt calm. While she played numerous musical instruments, I experienced visions which were amazingly vivid, powerful and peaceful.  It is apparent that Rowan is well versed in many studies of spiritual well being, she is intuitive and dead on with what she picks up on through the process. I injured my voice and had a vocal surgery in 2007/8, and had various struggles with phonation since. I hoped to be able to sleep better and to eventually work toward getting off sleeping pills. Rowan empowerd me with tangible sound exercises that stimulate my vagus nerve, which helps me be less stressed about falling asleep, ultimately making sleep happen more easily.
