Together, we will coordinate how you want to incorporate an opportunity for your guests to relax, reflect, and renew in the sounds of Tibetan bowls, Crystal bowls, tuning forks, drums, and other powerfully relaxing and restorative instruments. Like a clock pendulum, when we participate in group sound sessions our hearts and intentions create 'group coherence' and a deeper sense of connection as the powerful hormone Oxytocin is released (the love and bonding hormone). Experiencing this with loved ones or a team can be a deeply relaxing and bonding experience that builds trust and connection.
